The result is a small-batch, artisan product line built around jams, jellies, syrups, wonton crisps, sauces, giftable pantry goods, and island-inspired tasting experiences.
Behind the concept is Mark Mazotti, the creative force connected to iPOKEshack, an award-winning, Napa Register-featured concept known for bold flavor, fresh thinking, and a deep love of food that brings people together. With Pau Hana Napa, Mark is bringing that same energy back in a new form — one that blends tropical nostalgia, wine-country craft, and outrageously good small-batch products made for tasting, gifting, and gathering.
Pau Hana Napa is designed as a non-winery tasting experience in the heart of downtown Napa, where tasting rooms are part of the culture, but not every tasting has to come from a bottle. In a city with more than 50 tasting permits, Pau Hana Napa offers something different: a tropical flavor tasting room where guests can explore fruit-forward jellies, artisan syrups, island-inspired snacks, and the full Pau Hana product line.
